When I reached 17 years old, I didn't know what I wanted regarding my future and work. Luckily, my sister introduced me to the world of travel and encouraged me to study to become a travel agent. Turns out, it was perfect for me! Since then I've worked in airports, many travel agencies, and for 16 years now, my own travel agency. My agency is partnered with airlines and is something I love very much. The work I do fascinates me and I always put myself in my customers position so I can help them as much as I possibly can.
